Barriers made of dried palm leaves can curb soil erosion as demonstrated in Seychelles

From September to December 2022, UNDP Mauritius and Seychelles partnered with Terrestrial Restoration Action Society Seychelles (TRASS) in collaboration with the Seychelles Parks and Gardens Authority (SPGA) to test whether dried palm leaves could be used to curb the effects of soil erosion in Seychelles.
